Library Behavior

The library is a quiet place to work, research, study and read for pleasure. So we encourage our users to:

  • Be respectful of others
  • Speak in a low tone of voice
  • No cell phones allowed inside
  • Leave books and bags outside the LMC
  • Keep food, drink, gum, and candy outside the LMC
  • Sit in chairs instead of on tables and book shelves
  • Push in chairs and pick up before you leave
  • Return magazines and newspapers to the correct location
  • Leave books on the table to be reshelved by LMC personnel
  • Remember to leave your bookbags by the door
