Principal’s MessageHigh School students learn through meaningful experiences. After several years of restrictions, the shackles are off this year as experiential learning returns in full force to our campus and beyond. High School students partake in trips across the country, forever expanding their appreciation of the community to which they belong. Whether it’s whale-spotting in the Nayarit waters, or teaching students at local schools in the Sierra Gorda, our students learn to lead, serve and create beauty every day.
Students can get involved in Model United Nations, Student Council, theater and any number of electives or clubs from EcoClub to Podcasts, from Marine Biology to Digital Photography, from Rock Band to Nutrition and Wellness. Student choice is at the heart of what we provide.
These are the years when young people establish an identity; when they need the time and opportunities to try on different hats and see which one fits. At JFK High School, students uncover new passions, and reveal hitherto unknown strengths: they discover the extraordinary within themselves.
