Where every touch builds trust.
Where teamwork keeps the game moving.

Volleyball is a dynamic team sport in which players cannot hold the ball, requiring them to react quickly to constantly changing situations under pressure. The main objective is to send the ball over the net using the hands or arms, make it touch the ground on the opposing team’s court, and prevent it from falling on their own.

Each team has a maximum of three touches to return the ball, and no player can touch it twice consecutively. The game begins with a serve from behind the baseline, and points continue until the ball falls, goes out of bounds, or a foul is committed. One distinctive rule is the mandatory rotation of players, which requires everyone to develop both defensive and offensive skills.
