Bulletin #17 | January 14th, 2020

Happy New Year everyone!

Christmas has come and gone, and here we all are again settling back into our normal routines.
January is often a difficult time for students, particularly the younger ones, as it follows a very exciting month, seems to be far less interesting, and often so much colder!

The best way to help your children is to settle back into routine the quickest way possible, re-establishing quiet time for homework and study, and bed and morning routines. A good night’s sleep and a healthy filling breakfast are essential to help keep us fit and healthy, and to support study!

For older children we are in the second semester now which means looking after grades and outstanding projects to make the most of our time at school. For 12th graders, this is the last semester at school which is an emotional time for everyone, but please don’t forget you haven’t reached the finishing line yet… there’s plenty of time for celebration after classes are over in the summer.

Whatever your plans and resolutions are for this year, I wish you all a very healthy, happy and successful 2020!
