EXTENDED LEARNING REGISTRATION

INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION TO EXTENDED LEARNING ACTIVITIES

The After School Activities registration from Preschool to High School will take place on August 30th to September 7th, 2023, through our web page www.jfk.edu.mx.
 

Classes Start Date: September 11th, 2023

 
 
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
 
Our institution, attached to the purpose of developing students in an integral way, asks as a mandatory requirement for students from 4th to 10th grades to enroll in a sport or activity, this can be in Extended Learning, JFK Sports or another institution.
All students that wish to participate in the JFK Extended Learning Program, must fulfill the following requirements:
  1. Register at www.jfk.edu.mx and have your SESWEB username. NOTE: On the page you will find a button that will say "Extended Learning registration", it will be visible on the first day of registration.
  2. Before following the appropriate steps for registration, please read and accept the Guidelines that you will find in our web site: www.jfk.edu.mx for students from Preschool, Elementary School, Middle School and High School. You also need to comply with all standards established by the school. NOTE: Please do not register if you are not sure about the activity, you could be using a place that someone else wants or confuse the veracity for the opening of the class, immediate cancellations cannot be made.
  3. Receipts for the monthly payments for after school activities will be available at SESWEB.MX.
  4. Payments for September 2023, must be made starting September 13th and will be expire on the 20th of the same month; otherwise, the place will be disposed of;
  5. Payments starting October 2023, must be made within the first 7 days of each month.
  6. After your registration, a confirmation code will be given for any additional information.

If you did not get a place within the registration period, please send an email to [email protected] to get on the waiting list.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  1. If a group doesn’t have a minimum of 7 students enrolled, the class will be cancelled.
  2. Only one change between Sports and Extended Learning disciplines per school year will be allowed.

INFORMACIÓN PARA LAS INSCRIPCIONES A ACTIVIDADES VESPERTINAS DE EXTENDED LEARNING

Las inscripciones para las actividades vespertinas de Preschool a High School, se llevarán a cabo del 30 de agosto al 7 de septiembre del 2023 en línea www.jfk.edu.mx.

REQUISITOS DE INSCRIPCIÓN
 
Nuestra institución apegada al propósito de desarrollar de forma integral a los estudiantes, pide como requisito obligatorio para los alumnos de 4° a 10° que se inscriban a un deporte o actividad, este puede ser en Extended Learning, JFK Sports u otra institución.
 
Todos los alumnos que deseen participar en el Programa de Extended Learning del JFK, deberán cubrir los siguientes requisitos:
  1. Hacer la inscripción en www.jfk.edu.mx y tener a la mano la clave de usuario SESWEB. NOTA: En la página encontrará un botón que dirá “Inscripciones Actividades Vespertinas, Extended Learning”, la cual estará visible el primer día de las inscripciones.
  2. Antes de seguir los pasos correspondientes para la inscripción, leer y aceptar los Reglamentos que se encuentran en nuestro sitio Web www.jfk.edu.mx para alumnos de Preschool, Elementary School, Middle School y High School, y cumplir con todas las normas establecidas por el colegio.
  3. Los recibos correspondientes para el pago mensual de las actividades vespertinas, estarán a su disposición en SESWEB.MX el 13 de septiembre.
  4. El pago correspondiente al mes de septiembre deberá efectuarse a partir del 13 de septiembre, y tendrá vencimiento el 20 del mismo mes; en caso contrario, se dispondrá del lugar.
  5. Los pagos posteriores, deberán efectuarse dentro de los primeros 7 días de cada mes.
  6. Una vez realizada la inscripción, le será asignado un código de confirmación, el cual deberá presentar para cualquier duda o aclaración.

Si no alcanzó lugar dentro del período de inscripciones, por favor mande un email a [email protected] para anotarse en lista de espera.

 

NOTA IMPORTANTE:

  1. Si un grupo no cumple con un mínimo de 7 alumnos inscritos, este se cancelará.
  2. Solo se permitirá un cambio entre disciplinas de Sports y Extended Learning por ciclo escolar.
