Estimados Padres de Familia:
 
Les deseamos un ciclo 2019-2020 lleno de éxitos.
 
Queremos informarles que las autoridades municipales se encuentran ejecutando la obra de mejoramiento de la calle de Sabinos.
 
Es por ello que estarán habilitados los accesos 1 (entrada principal), acceso 3 (acceso preschool-elementary) y de uso exclusivo para estudiantes de preparatoria, personal staff y maestros con vehículo el acceso 8 (acceso a la pista de atletismo). 
 
Sabinos estará cerrado ingresando por Paseo Jurica hacia la escuela. Por tal motivo, a partir del próximo lunes 26 de agosto y hasta nuevo aviso, solo tendremos acceso vehicular sobre la calle Pinos y Sabinos viniendo por Laureles o ingresando por Paseo Jurica. La obra está programada hasta el mes de diciembre.

ACCESO 1 ENTRADA PRINCIPAL

  • Podrá acceder cualquier alumno de cualquier sección, maestro o staff.
  • La bahía vehicular entrara en funcionamiento a partir de las 06:50 y finalizara a las 08:00 horas.
  • Los peatones deberán de usar los cruces habilitados para su seguridad.
 
 
Salida
 
 
  • La salida de alumnos continua en los horarios oficiales a partir de las 14:20 y 14:30.
  • La operación de salida es de forma peatonal como se realiza de forma habitual.
  • Favor de considerar el cierre de la esquina pinos-sabinos de 14:30 a 14:50.
 
 
 
ACCESO 3 KINDER-PRIMARIA

  • Podrá acceder cualquier alumno de cualquier sección desde las 07:20 a 08:00.
  • Los alumnos solo podrán entrar en vehículos.
  • No se permite el ingreso de forma peatonal.
 
 
Salida
 
 
  • La salida de alumnos continua en los horarios oficiales a partir de las 14:30 hasta las 15:00.
  • La operación de salida es solo para estudiantes con credenciales amarillas que salen con el protocolo de voceo tanto vehicular como peatonal.
  • Favor de considerar el cierre de la esquina pinos-sabinos de 14:30 a 14:50.
 
 
 
ACCESO 2 KINDER

Salida
 
 
  • La salida de alumnos continua en los horarios oficiales a partir de las 13:00 y hasta 13:15 de lunes a jueves y viernes de 12:45 a 13:00.
  • La operación de salida es de forma peatonal como se realiza de forma habitual.
  • Considere estacionarse en la bahía aparcando en batería.
  • Recuerde mover su vehículo ya que a las 14:00 se levantan las cadenas perimetrales a la bahía para poder iniciar con el operativo de voceo a las 14:30.
 
 
 
ACCESO 8 TEMPORAL ACCESO A PISTA

  • Acceso habilitado a partir de las 06:30 am
  • Solo para alumnos de Preparatoria, maestros y staff que accedan con vehículo, y que su deseo es aparcar en el estacionamiento, no se permite el ingreso de familiares que los trasladen al campus y que después abandonen las instalaciones, si es el caso favor de usar el acceso 1, esto es porque solo tendremos un carril de ingreso.
  • Maestros y Staff es obligatorio el acceso con vehículo y no se permite aparcar en las calles aledañas a la escuela.
  • Prohibido el ingreso de forma peatonal.
  • Considere tomar precauciones en los cruces peatonales, Ceda el Paso.
 
 
Salida
 
 
  • La salida de alumnos continua en los horarios oficiales según correspondan a la primera semana de clases, y los días subsecuentes serán de 14:20 a 15:00, esto también aplica para maestros y staff.
  • No se podrán acceder a recoger alumnos, maestros o staff, ya que solo habrá un solo carril para poder salir del campus.
  • Prohibida la salida de forma peatonal.
  • Considere tomar precauciones en los cruces peatonales, Ceda el Paso.

Closure of Sabinos from Paseo Jurica
 
 
 
Dear JFK Parents,
 
We wish you a 2019-2020 cycle full of successes.
 
We would like to inform you all that the municipal authorities are in the process of doing major road improvements on Sabinos.
 
The entrance and exit to school will be through Access 1 (main entrance), Access 2 and 3 (Preschool/Elementary school access) and exclusively for use by high school students, staff and teachers will be vehicular Access 8 (access to the track).
 
Sabinos will be closed entering by Paseo Jurica towards the school. For this reason, from next Monday, August 26th and until further notice, we will only have vehicular access on Pinos from Paseo Jurica or Sabinos coming from Laureles. The expected termination date of this roadwork is December.

ACCESS 1 MAIN ENTRANCE

  • Any student in any section, teacher or staff can access it.
  • The vehicular bay will be operational from 06:50 and end at 08:00 am.
  • Pedestrians must use the crosswalks enabled for their safety.
 
 
Exit
 
 
  • The departure of students at official times from 14:25 and 14:30.
  • The procedure will be as in prior years and only will be for pedestrians.
  • Please consider that vehicular access to Sabinos from the corner of Pinos will be closed from 2:30 to 2:50 pm.
 
 
 
ACCESS 3 PRESCHOOL - ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

  • May be used to drop off students from any section
  • Dropoff will be exclusively in vehicles.
  • Pedestrian dropoff is not allowed, all pedestrian traffic will be through Access 1.

  • The departure of students will be from 2:30 until 3:00 pm
  • Only students with a yellow credential, will use this exit. Pedestrian and vehicular traffic will be allowed
  • Please consider that vehicular access to Sabinos from the corner of Pinos will be closed from 2:30 to 2:50 pm.
 
 
 
ACCESS 2 PRESCHOOL (PEDESTRIAN)

  • The departure of students withtinua at official times from 1:00 and until 1:15 PM from Monday to Thursday and Friday from 12:45 to 1:00 pm.
  • Pickup will be as in prior years with parents forming a line outside and then will be allowed to enter campus to pick up their child.
  • Parking may be on Pinos near the access 2 but will only be for a limited time.
  • Remember to move your vehicle by no later than 2:00 pm as the perimeter chains will be placed to convert those parking spaces to vehicular access for the other sections and begins at 2:30 pm to the bay so that you can start with the voice operation at 14:30.
 
 
 
ACCESS 8 TEMPORARY ACCESS TO TRACK

  • Access enabled from 06:30 am
  • Only for high school students,teachers and staff who access by vehicle, and who want to park in the parking lot. Entrance to drop off students and exit will not be allowed. If that is the case please use Access 1, this is because we will only have one entry lane.
  • Teachers and Staff are required to access by vehicle and parking is not allowed in the streets surrounding the school.
  • Pedestrian entry is prohibited.
  • Consider taking precautions at pedestrian crossings, yielding to pedestrians and following all instructions of our traffic facilitators
 
 
Exit
 
 
  • The departure of students will be according to the official schedules for the first week of classes, and the subsequent days will be from 14:20 to 15:00, this also applies to teachers and staff.
  • For now, this will not be used to pickup students from other sections as we will only have one lane available and it will be exclusively for exiting vehicles.
  • Pedestrian exit is prohibited.
  • Consider taking precautions at pedestrian crossings, yielding to pedestrians and following all instructions of our traffic facilitators.
