Nuevas Instrucciones Viales por el Cierre de Sabinos

Estimados Padres de Familia:
 
Sabemos que la primera semana de clases no ha sido fácil para poder llegar a la escuela, pero queremos que sepan que todo el equipo de operaciones ha hecho un trabajo intenso de análisis para buscar las mejores alternativas para facilitar el tráfico, contando con la participación de la Secretaria de Seguridad Pública Municipal de Querétaro y la RED de Seguridad Integral Privada de Colonos Jurica, además de las personas más importantes que son ustedes como padres de familia, quienes han sabido comprender, colaborar, respetar y enaltecer los valores cívicos que nos caracterizan.
 
Como saben de acuerdo a los avances de las obras en la calle Sabinos iremos modificando las estrategias viales y ajustando los planes para poder hacer más fácil el ingreso y egreso del campus, es por ello que a partir de este lunes 2 de septiembre arrancaremos una nueva estrategia de movilidad vial.
 
Por lo que estarán habilitados los accesos 1 (entrada principal) solo de forma peatonal tanto en la mañana como en la tarde, acceso 3 (acceso kínder-elementary) que será un acceso peatonal y vehicular tanto en la mañana y en la tarde será para voceo peatonal y vehicular, y el acceso 8 (acceso a la pista de atletismo) que solo es un acceso vehicular para las secciones de Elementary a High School, además del ingreso al área de estacionamiento para alumnos, maestros y staff que desean estacionarse.
 
Las reglas para su uso se describen a continuación (Ver mapas al final del documento):

·          Solo será una entrada peatonal, SE CANCELA LA ENTRADA VEHICULAR.

·          Entra en funcionamiento a partir de las 06:30 horas.

·          Podrá acceder cualquier alumno de cualquier sección, maestro o staff.

·          Los peatones deberán de usar los cruces habilitados para su seguridad.

·          La operación de salida es de forma peatonal como se realiza de forma habitual.

·          Podrán salir todas las credenciales de cualquier color.

·          La salida de alumnos continua en los horarios oficiales a partir de las 14:20 y 14:30

·          Favor de considerar los cruceros peatonales para evitar accidentes o complicaciones con el tráfico.

·          Podrá acceder en vehículo o de forma peatonal cualquier alumno de cualquier sección desde las 07:20 a 08:00

·          Este acceso es preferente para estudiantes de Kínder

·          Los peatones deberán de usar los cruces habilitados para su seguridad, este crucero estará ubicado a la mitad del acceso principal para evitar un congestionamiento entre automóviles y personas.

·          La salida de alumnos continua en los horarios oficiales a partir de las 14:30 hasta las 15:00

·          La operación de salida es solo para estudiantes con credenciales amarillas que salen con el protocolo de voceo tanto vehicular como peatonal.

·          Favor de considerar las indicaciones viales de los facilitadores ubicados en la esquina Pinos y Sabinos.

·          La salida de alumnos continua en los horarios oficiales a partir de las 13:00 y hasta 13:15 de lunes a jueves y viernes de 12:45 a 13:00

·          La operación de salida es de forma peatonal como se realiza de forma habitual.

·          Considere estacionarse en la bahía aparcando en batería

·          Recuerde mover su vehículo ya que a las 14:00 se levantan las cadenas perimetrales a la bahía para poder iniciar con el operativo de voceo a las 14:30

·          Acceso habilitado a partir de las 06:50

·          Acceso solo es vehicular.

·          Habilitado para alumnos de Elementary, Middle School y High School, además de maestros y staff.

·          Los papas podrán acceder a la cancha a dejar a sus hijos. Deberán de entrar y salir por dicha puerta transitando, entrando por la derecha, dar la vuelta a la cancha sin detenerse hasta la zona de descenso, a un lado de la zona de Middle School y servicio médico.

·          Prohibido el ingreso de forma peatonal.

·          Considere tomar precauciones en los cruces peatonales, Ceda el Paso.

·          Después de las 15:00 podrán acceder papás con credencial a ocupar lugares en el estacionamiento si hay disponibilidad.

·          La salida de alumnos inicia a las 14:20 y 14:30 según corresponda. Y termina a las 15:00 horas.

·          Solo podrán salir alumnos con credenciales verdes y moradas.

·          Los papas podrán acceder a la cancha a recoger a sus hijos. Deberán de entrar y salir por dicha puerta transitando, entrando por la derecha, dar la vuelta a la cancha sin detenerse hasta la zona de ascenso, a un lado de la zona de Middle School y servicio médico.

·          Prohibida la salida de forma peatonal.

·          Considere que todos los estudiantes deberán de portar su credencial, de lo contrario no podrán salir por esta puerta, por que deberán de salir por acceso 1.

 
 
Reglas y Normas Generales de Seguridad:

• Estudiantes y personal que ingrese por la pista atletismo deberá de hacerlo a una velocidad máxima de 10 km por hora.
• Entrar y seguir las indicaciones de los señalamientos del personal de seguridad.
• Está prohibido que desciendan los papás y acompañantes del alumno, para ello habrá personas que ayudaran al descenso y ascenso apoyando para bajar o subir mochilas en los accesos 3 y 8.
• No se permite el ingreso de escoltas.
• Ayúdenos siguiendo las indicaciones del personal facilitador vial, ya que las cargas vehiculares en el cruce de la esquina pinos y sabinos deberán de dividirse hacia ambas calles para una mayor movilidad y evitar los colapsos viales.
• No cruce peatonalmente por la esquina pinos y sabinos, evite el congestionamiento cruzando por la zona peatonal ubicada por el acceso principal, no importa si usted va al acceso 3 kínder-primaria.
• Si usted viene en vehículo use los accesos vehiculares, evite estacionarse.
Salida por Voceo Vehicular:
• Recuerde a sus hijos estar al pendiente de su llegada para que sea voceado rápidamente y evitar exceso de tráfico.
• Recuerde portar su tarjetón vehicular 2019-2020 con el nombre de la familia y portar la credencial de padres o ayudantía de familias. Si no cuenta con alguno de ellos deberá de abandonar la fila y salir y acudir a la oficina de permisos especiales.
• Tendrá solo 1 minuto para permanecer en el circuito de lo contrario tendrán que dar la vuelta de nuevo y volver a formarse.
Les pedimos su apoyo:
• Compartir su auto (car pool) con sus vecinos/compañeros de clase, venir caminando o en bici.
• Los alumnos que acudan a clases caminando o en bici podrán hacerlo por el acceso 1 y 3.
• Recomendamos que tomen previsiones del tiempo de llegada a la escuela para que sus hijos no lleguen tarde a sus clases.
• Respetar los cierres viales y señalamientos, dar preferencia al peatón, no exceder los límites de velocidad, no hacer doble o triple fila, no invadir cocheras, ciclopista o áreas prohibidas.
• Indicar a sus hijos estar listos con sus mochilas y loncheras para descender del auto de forma rápida y segura.
• Bajar a sus hijos en la zona indicada, no se detenga a la mitad, permita que más vehículos entren al circuito.
• Seguir las indicaciones de los facilitadores viales y personal de seguridad, no descienda del auto, para ello están los facilitadores viales, que ayudaran a bajar a su hijo y cerrar la puerta.
• No se detenga a platicar con otros conductores o maestros y staff que estarán laborando.
 
Infracciones:
Las autoridades del Municipio de Querétaro han colocado señalamientos extras, y nos han informado que estarán infraccionando a todos los automovilistas que infrinjan el reglamento de vialidad.
 
El beneficio final es para todos:
Sabemos que esto generará más tráfico y que será más lento la entrada y salida de alumnos; es importante guardar la calma, tener paciencia y recordar nuestros valores cívicos. Somos una gran comunidad.
 
El resultado de la obra impactará en la solución al problema de transito vial y deterioro mecánico y suspensivo de los vehículos que se producen en ésta zona.

We know that the first week of classes has not been easy to get to school, but we want you to know that the entire operations team has done an intense job of analysis to find the best alternatives to facilitate traffic. We have worked together with the Secretary of Municipal Public Security of Querétaro and the NETWORK of Private Integral security team of the Jurica Homeowners Association as well as all you parents, who have been understanding, collaborative and respectful showing the values that characterize us as a community.
 
As you know according to the progress of the works on Sabinos Street we will modify the road strategies and adjust the plans to make it easier to enter and exit the campus. Because of some further progress, as of this Monday, September 2 we will start a new road mobility strategy.
 
So it will be: enable Access 1 (main entrance) for only pedestrian traffic in both the morning and afternoon. Access 3 (kindergarten access) will be for both pedestrian and vehicular access in the morning and in the afternoon will be for pedestrian and vehicular access with paging. Access 8 (access to the track) is for only vehicular access for Elementary, Middle and High School students drop off and pickup as well as access to the parking lot HS students, teachers, and staff who want to park.

·        It will only be a pedestrian entrance, VEHICULAR ACCESS IS CANCELED.

·        All credentials, of any color, can exit.

·        The departure of students will be at official times from 2:25 and 2:30 p.m.

·        Please consider pedestrian cruises to avoid accidents or complications with traffic.

·        Any student in any section from 07:20 to 08:00 may enter in a car or on foot

·        This access is preferred for ALL kindergarten students

·        Pedestrians must use the crossings enabled for their safety, this crossing will be located half way through the main access to avoid congestion between cars and people.

·        The departure of students continues in the schedules orficials from 2:30 until 3:00 p.m.

·        The exit operation is only for students with YELLOW credentials who come out with both vehicular and pedestrian paging protocols

·        Please follow the instruction of our traffic facilitators located on the corner of Pinos and Sabinos

·        The departure of students will be at official times from 1:00 and until 1:15 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and Friday from 12:45 to 1:00 p.m.

·        The exit operation is pedestrian traffic only as is usually done.

·        Consider parking in the parking areas near the gate

·        If parking near the gate you MUST  move your vehicle quickly as at 2:00 p.m. the perimeter chains rise to the bay so that we can start with the vehicular paging operation at 2:30

·        Access enabled from 06:30 a.m.

·        Access is only vehicular.

·        Enabled for Elementary, Middle and High School as well as teachers and staff.

·        Parents will be able to access the track to drop off/pickup their children. You will enter the gate and go right around the track without stopping until the descent/pickup zone, near the Middle School and Medical Service/Jaguar Shop building.

·        Pedestrian entry is prohibited.

·        Please be careful at the pedestrian crossing and yield to pedestrians when in the road

·        After 3:00 p.m., parents with credentials can gain access to the parking lot.

·        Student departure starts at 2:25 and 2:30 p.m. as appropriate until 3 p.m.

·        Only students with GREEN and PURPLE credentials may use this exit.

·        Parents will be able to access the track to drop off/pickup their children. You will enter the gate and go right around the track without stopping until the descent/pickup zone, near the Middle School and Medical Service/Jaguar Shop building.

·        Pedestrian EXIT is prohibited.

·        Please note that all students must carry their credential, otherwise they will not be able to leave through this door and they must leave by access 1.
 
 
General Safety Rules and Standards:

• Students, staff and parents entering the track athletics must do so at a maximum speed of 10 km per hour.
• Enter and follow the instructions of the security personnel.
• It is forbidden for the students' parents and companions to descend, for this there will be people who will help the descent and ascent aiding with backpacks, lunch boxes and other items at Access 3 and Access 8.
• Bodyguards are not permitted to enter the campus.
• Help us by following the instructions of the road facilitator staff, as vehicle traffic at the crossing of the corner of Pinos and Sabinos should be divided towards both streets for greater mobility and avoid gridlock.
• Do not cross on foot at he corner of Pinos and Sabinos. Use the pedestrian crossing located by the Main Access even if you will be entering the Preschool or Elementary gates. This is for everyone’s safety!
• If you come by vehicle use vehicle accesses, avoid parking and walking in. This will help with traffic flow.
Exiting by vehicular paging:
• Remind your children to be on the lookout for your arrival to be paged quickly and avoid excess traffic.
• Remember to carry your 2019-2020 vehicle card with the family name and carry the parent card or family support. If you do not have either of them you must leave the row and leave and go to the Credential office.
• You will have only 1 minute to wait in line for your child, otherwise you will have to exit the line and either park and enter on foot or get back into the vehicle line.
We ask for your support:
• Carpool with your neighbors/classmates, come walking or cycling.
• Students who attend classes on foot or by bike can do so by Accesses 1 and 3.
• Leave home earlier as there will be more traffic and allow for extra time so that your children are not late for their classes.
• Respect road closures and signs, give preference to pedestrian, do not exceed the speed limits, do not do double or triple park, do not park in garage entrances, on the bike path or in prohibited areas.
• Instruct your children to be ready with their backpacks and lunchboxes to get out of the car quickly and safely.
• Have your children leave the car in the indicated area, do not stop half way so as to allow more vehicles to enter the circuit.
• Following the directions of traffic facilitators and safety personnel, do not get out of the car, for this there are the facilitators, who will help to get your child out of the car and close the door.
• Do not stop to talk to other drivers or teachers and staff who will be working.
 
Parking tickets:
The authorities of the Municipality of Querétaro have placed extra signs and have informed us that they will be ticketing all motorists who violate the road regulations.
 
The final benefit is for everyone:
We know that this will generate more traffic and that it will be a longer drop off/pickup process. It is important to remain calm, to be patient, and to remember our civic values. We are a great community.
 
This temporary annoyance will have long term benefits for us all by improving traffic flow and avoiding the mechanical and suspension deterioration of our cars that occur because of the current road conditions.
