We got off to a wonderful start this first semester returning to campus. In our first semester Student Perception of Learning surveys for all teachers based on the work of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (Measures of Teacher Effective Teaching), we saw:
- 96% of students agreed with the statement “Students in this class treat the teacher with respect.” (The top 25% of teachers in the world on the survey had 79% of students agree)
- 94% of students agreed with the statement, “In this class, my teacher accepts nothing less than our best effort.” (The top 25% in the world had 81% agree)
- 83% of students agreed with the statement, “My teacher designs meaningful and interesting learning experiences.” (The top 25% in the world had 70%)
- 87% of students agreed with the statement, “My teacher makes me feel that he or she really cares about me.” (The top 25% in the world had 73%)
These results reflect our commitment to our mission, vision, and beliefs about learning as well as our priorities in high school this year to prioritize our curriculum to provide engaging and meaningful real world experiences.

Tuvimos un maravilloso comienzo este primer semestre de regreso al campus. En nuestras encuestas de percepción del alumno del aprendizaje para todos los maestros, basadas en el trabajo de la fundación de Bill y Melinda Gates (Medidas de la enseñanza eficaz de los maestros) observamos lo siguiente:

- 87% de los alumnos estuvieron de acuerdo con la frase: “ Mi maestro me hace sentir que realmente se preocupa por mi” (El 25% de los mejores maestros del mundo tuvieron a 73% de los alumnos de acuerdo)
Estos resultados reflejan nuestro compromiso con nuestra misión, visión y creencias acerca del aprendizaje así como nuestras prioridades en High School este ciclo escolar de priorizar nuestro plan de estudios para proveer experiencias interesantes y significativas del mundo real.
