From January 20 to 22, 2023, the XII Congress of Physical Education and Sport will be held in person and online from January 27 to 29.
According to Prof. Arturo Bustamante, Director of Physical Education at JFK, it is an ideal space for training, on a fundamental issue for the development and health of students.
“The pandemic taught us that without health there is nothing. We must raise awareness and take responsibility for our health. The quality of our life is in our hands, we want to create awareness from Physical Education” said Prof. Arturo, who invites not only Physical Education teachers, but also the general public to participate in this great event.
In this edition, there are traditional and new themes, for example "The use of electronic platforms in Physical Education", "The connection between the brain and the body" and "Consciousness with science applied to sport". "With these issues we seek to help resume our activity in the healthiest way possible," said the PE Director.
The evolution of the JFK Physical Education Congress has been very interesting from the concepts and logistics. “The pandemic made us renew ourselves and today we are offering a double event, face-to-face and online for those who do not have the opportunity to attend. There are people from Nicaragua, El Salvador, Argentina and the United States who do not need to come here to access this type of training spaces, in addition to the fact that these are two different events, since the programs of both modalities are not the same”, Prof. Arturo finished.

Del 20 al 22 de enero de 2023 se llevará a cabo el XII Congreso de Educación Física y Deporte de manera presencial y en formato online del 27 al 29 de enero.
De acuerdo con el Prof. Arturo Bustamante, Director de Educación Física JFK, se trata de un espacio ideal para la capacitación, en un tema fundamental para el desarrollo y salud de los alumnos.
“La pandemia nos enseñó que sin salud no hay nada. Debemos hacer conciencia y hacernos responsables de nuestra salud. La calidad de nuestra vida está en nuestras manos, queremos crear conciencia desde la Educación Física” señaló el Prof. Arturo, quien invita no solo a maestros de Educación Física, sino al público en general a participar en este magno evento.
En esta edición, hay temas tradicionales y nuevos, por ejemplo “El uso de plataformas electrónicas en la Educación Física”, “La conexión entre el cerebro y el cuerpo” y “Conciencia con ciencia aplicada al deporte”. “Con estos temas buscamos ayudar a retomar nuestra actividad de la manera más sana posible”, señaló el directivo.
La evolución del Congreso de Educación Física JFK ha sido muy interesante desde los conceptos y logística. “La pandemia nos hizo renovarnos y hoy estamos ofreciendo un evento doble, presencial y online para quienes no tienen la posibilidad de asistir. Hay gente de Nicaragua, El Salvador, Argentina y Estados Unidos que no necesita venir hasta acá para acceder a este tipo de espacios de capacitación, además de que se trata de dos eventos diferentes, ya que los programas de ambas modalidades no son iguales”, finalizó el Prof. Arturo.
