This Wednesday, High School students and 8th grade Middle School responded to the FCD Students Attiitudes and Behavior Survey, a survey that has been applied annually since 2015. The information obtained from this questionnaire determines the planning of activities and conferences for prevention for students and parents.
At JFK we work with the CDF Prevention Works, a foundation with more than 40 years of experience and a leader in providing education and prevention services for the use of alcohol and other drugs in the United States and in 70 countries around the world.
The survey is a 50-question instrument, and is developed in conjunction with leading researchers in the fields of social norms, survey design and educational development, it asks students not only about their own use but also about their opinions, their thoughts and about what their peers are doing and their thinking about how adults can help keep them healthy.

Este miércoles, alumnos de High School y de 8° grado de Middle School, respondieron la FCD Student Attitudes and Behaviour Survey, encuesta que se aplica anualmente desde 2015. La información obtenida a partir de este cuestionario, determina la planeación de actividades y conferencias de prevención para alumnos y padres de familia.
En el JFK trabajamos con la FCD Prevention Works, fundación con más de 40 años de experiencia y líder en proveer servicios de educación y prevención de uso de alcohol y otras drogas en los Estados Unidos y en 70 países alrededor del mundo.
La encuesta es un instrumento de 50 preguntas, y es desarrollado en conjunto con investigadores líderes en los campos de las normas sociales, diseño de encuestas y desarrollo educativo, pregunta a los estudiantes no solo sobre su propio uso sino también sobre sus opiniones, sus pensamientos y sobre lo que están haciendo sus compañeros y su pensamiento acerca de cómo los adultos pueden ayudar a mantenerlos saludables.
