In Elementary, the JFK Reads Ceremony was held, in which a medal and a certificate were awarded in recognition to the students of this section who completed the JFK Reads program, which seeks to foster a love of reading.
JFK Reads encourages children to become avid readers. It starts at the beginning of the school year, it is voluntary, and the children who decide to participate register the books they read at home (for pleasure, not for homework). Each determined number of pages read earns a sticker. They must collect 6 stickers at the end of the school year to earn the medal and certificate.

En Elementary se llevó a cabo la Ceremonia JFK Reads, en la cual se otorgó una medalla y un certificado como reconocimiento a los alumnos de esta sección que completaron el programa de JFK Reads, el cual busca fomentar el amor por la lectura.
JFK Reads motiva a los niños a convertirse en ávidos lectores. Comienza a inicios del ciclo escolar, es voluntario, y los niños que deciden participar van registrando los libros que leen en casa (por gusto, no por tarea). Cada determinado número de páginas leídas se ganan una estampa. Deben juntar 6 estampas a final del ciclo para ganarse la medalla y el certificado.
