AFTER SCHOOL SPORTS REGISTRATION
School Year 2023-2024
PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATIONS FOR AFTER SCHOOL SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Registration for after school sports activities online for Preschool through High School, will take place from August 30th starting at 8:00 a.m. and will end on September 7th at 10:00 a.m. through our web page www.jfk.edu.mx.
For families new to the school who require information and guidance on the enrollment process for the Sports Program, our office hours are from 12:30pm to 8:00pm Monday through Thursday and from 12:30pm to 6:00pm on Fridays at 442 2180075 ext. 1203, you can also send us an email to [email protected] to answer your questions.
Training Start Date: September 11th, 2023
REGISTRATION PROCESS:
1. Go to www.jfk.edu.mx, look for the sports section or the banner of registrations to sports activities.
2. Enter your SESWEB user password to access the registration platform.
3. The sports options for your child will be displayed according to the grade in Preschool or age from Elementary onwards.
4. Choose the desired activity and schedule, it is important that you accept (electronic signature) the regulations and manuals of JFK SPORTS, it is a prerequisite, we suggest you read them calmly, so you know your rights and obligations.
5. Once accepted, you will follow the registration process where you will see a confirmation number that your child has been enrolled.
6. Once enrolled it is important to send your medical certificate, where the specialist states that your child is suitable for sports practice or indicate any specific recommendation to be considered, this certificate must be sent to [email protected], posting in the subject of your email your child's name and sports training to which he/she enrolled before September 29th of the current year.

7. The corresponding receipts for the monthly payment of the afternoon sport will be available at www.jfk.edu.mx Receipts/SESWEB, the week after the registration.
8. The period of our program is from September to June, so you will have to make 10 monthly payments.
9. The first payment corresponding to September must be made by September 20th at the latest, otherwise the place will be available.
10. The monthly payment from October to June must be made within the first 7 days of each month.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Our institution, attached to the purpose of developing students in an integral way and looking for a differentiated graduation profile during their studies from 4th to 10th grade, requests that they participate in some mandatory extracurricular activity, either in the department of JFK Sports, Extended Learning or another institution.

OBSERVATIONS:
- If you did not reach a place within the registration period, please send an email to Raquel Bolaños [email protected] to find out if we have space or give you the information in case of having a waiting list for the sports discipline.
- If a sports training does not meet the minimum of 7 students enrolled, it will be cancelled. Those enrolled may be offered the same sport if there is another group or, failing that, an invitation to a different sport activity.
- Only one change of sports discipline per school year will be allowed.
- Students who wish to take a second sport discipline, the cost of this will be 50%.

PROCESO DE INSCRIPCIÓN A ACTIVIDADES DE DEPORTIVAS
Las inscripciones en línea a las actividades deportivas vespertinas de Preschool hasta High School, se llevarán a cabo del 30 de agosto a partir de las 8:00 horas y con culminación el 7 de septiembre a las 12:00 horas, a través de nuestra página www.jfk.edu.mx.
Para las familias nuevas en la escuela que requieran información y orientación sobre el proceso de inscripción al Programa Deportivo, nuestro horario de atención es de 12:30 a 20:00 horas de lunes a jueves y de 12:30 a 18:00 horas los viernes, al teléfono 442 218 00 75 ext. 1203, de igual forma nos puede ser vía mail a [email protected] para poder resolver sus dudas.
Inicio de entrenamientos: 11 de septiembre
PROCESO DE INSCRIPCIÓN
1. Ingresa a la página www.jfk.edu.mx, busca el apartado de Sports o el banner de Inscripciones a Actividades Deportivas.
2. Ingresa tu clave de usuario SESWEB para acceder a la plataforma de inscripciones.
3. Se desplegarán las opciones deportivas para tu hija(o) de acuerdo al grado en Preschool o edad a partir de Elementary.
4. Elige la actividad y horario deseado, es importante que aceptes (Firma electrónica) los reglamentos y manuales de JFK SPORTS, es requisito indispensable, te sugerimos los leas con calma para que conozcas tus derechos y obligaciones.
5. Una vez aceptados, seguirás el proceso de inscripción donde desplegara un número de confirmación de que su hija(o) ha sido inscrita(o).
6. Una vez inscrito es importante envíe su certificado médico, donde el especialista declare que su hij@ es apto para la práctica deportiva o nos indique alguna recomendación específica a tener en cuenta, este certificado debe ser enviado a [email protected], colocando en el asunto nombre de su hij@ y disciplina a la que se inscribió antes del 29 de septiembre del año en curso.

7. Los recibos correspondientes para el pago mensual del deporte vespertino estarán a su disposición en www.jfk.edu.mx Receipts/SESWEB, a la semana siguiente de la inscripción.
8. La duración de nuestro programa es de septiembre a junio, por lo que deberá realizar 10 pagos mensuales.
9. El pago de septiembre se debe realizar máximo el día 20 de septiembre, en caso contrario se dispondrá del lugar.
10. El pago mensual de octubre a junio deberá efectuarse dentro de los primeros 7 días de cada mes.

INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE
Nuestra institución apegada al propósito de desarrollar de forma integral a los estudiantes y buscando un perfil de egreso con diferenciador durante sus estudios de 4° a 10° grado, solicita que participen en alguna actividad extra escolar obligatoria, ya sea en el departamento de JFK Sports, Extended Learning u otra institución.
NOTAS:
- Si no alcanzaste lugar dentro del periodo de inscripciones, por favor envía un mail a Raquel Bolaños [email protected] para saber si contamos con cupo o para darte la información en caso de contar con una lista de espera para la disciplina deportiva.
- Si una disciplina deportiva no cumple con el mínimo de 7 alumnos inscritos, ésta se cancelará. A los inscritos se les podrá ofrecer el mismo deporte en caso de contar con otro grupo o en su defecto, la invitación a una disciplina deportiva diferente.
- Solo se permitirá un cambio de disciplina deportiva por ciclo escolar.
- Para los alumnos que deseen tomar una segunda disciplina deportiva, el costo de ésta será del 50%.
